These terms apply to all cleaning services booked with Zion Cleaning through zioncleaningnyc.com, by phone or by text message.
Quotes and pricing
Prices shown online are starting prices per item and assume standard size and normal soiling. Heavy soiling, oversized items, or additional treatments may change the final price. Any adjustment is confirmed with you before work begins.
Bookings and arrival window
A booking request is confirmed by our team by phone, text or email. We arrive within the agreed time window; if we are delayed we will contact you as soon as possible.
Cancellations and rescheduling
- Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before the appointment.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no access to the property may incur a trip fee.
Access and preparation
Please provide access to the property, water and electricity, and clear fragile or valuable items from the work area. We may decline to clean items that are unsafe or unsuitable for the process.
Results and limitations
We use professional equipment and pre-treatments, but some stains, burns, dye bleeding, wear or permanent damage cannot be reversed. We will inform you of expected results before starting.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Promotional discounts cannot be combined unless stated.
Liability
Zion Cleaning is licensed and insured. Any claim for damage must be reported within 48 hours of service so we can inspect and resolve it.
